S.S.Enterprises Low Density cartridge heater line of various sheath diameters and lead terminations is used in any assembly, equipment or machines.The Low Density cartridge heater design consists of a helically wound resistance round steatite ceramic insulator

The element assembly is inserted into a 304 stainless steel sheath This alloy provides the best combination of physical strength and resistance to heat oxidation up to 10000F (5400C)
Specially selected high purity MgO is used to fill all remaining space inside the ceramic insulator to increase thermal 

conductivity, dielectric strength, and provide longer operating heater life. Low Density cartridge heaters are used in plastic injection, packaging machinery, heat sealing, shoe machinery , labeling machines, hot stamping and liquids, plus many other types of heating applications

These are heating elements used to heat the rolls of the Corrugation machine which in turn forms flute on the paper. These are special purpose heating elements just designed for corrugation .There are specific models of heaters for different machine models. The heating element is easily replaceable. Quick heating elements is provided hence highly Economical in power consumption.
