Machine: The object after coating is conveyed by Teflon coated Belt placed under the U.V. rays Generator. The Belt is driven by D.C. Motor and speed can be synchronized with any machine in front of which our U. V. Curing Machine is fitted.

The Belt run over a Vacuum Bed and the vacuum can be controlled to hold the object in position.

The U.V. Lamp is enclosed in elliptical extruded aluminum reflector with mirror finish shine.

The U.V. Lamp can be run at different power consumption depending upon the requirement. This saves power consumption.

There is also a time totalizer, which indicates the cumulative time of U.V. Lamp working. The U.V. Lamp temperature is controlled by cooling arrangement to increase the life of the U.V. Lamp. At present we manufacture following type of U. V. Lighthouses:

Machine with two U.V. Lamps.
The Machine with I.R. and U.V. combination.

Our machine can be used for spot Lamination as well as total lamination. The machine can be used individually or can be placed in front of other machine such as:

(1) Varnishing Machine as dryer
(2) Offset Printing Machine for U.V. inks curing. .

The machine can also be used for paper, plastic, wood, metal etc. for laminating with the U. V. Inks.

Electrical Panel: The panel indicates the incoming supply voltage, U.V. lamp voltage, U.V. lamp current and I.R. unit temperature and the total time of U.V. Lamp work. The panel is designed for maximum safety to the operator and the U.V. Lamp.
