Noble Copper Catalyst used to deoxidation of inert gas & other gas streams and also for simultaneous deoxidation and shift conversion duties. Such process streams such as endo gas from gas generator produced (formed by burning of LPG and other hydrocarbon and air in the ration of approximately 1: 20-25) has to be purified. A typical gas composition often found in such streams is as under:-

The Noble Copper Catalyst can handle gas streams such as above for simultaneous removal of oxygen and conversion of CO & CO2. Any other gas stream containing above gases in varying proportions can also be handled on this catalyst.
Gas Streams containing only CO and Oxygen with No Hydrogen, the CO is converted to CO2 by oxidation. The operating temperature ranges between 150 – 250oC and pressure of operation could be from few to several kg/cm2
Noble Copper Catalyst is Tablets (5 mm x 5 mm).
