These products come with heat-treated steel jaws having opening adjustable from 25mm to 6mm. Made of steel, these jaw crushers have forward and downwards strokes with sufficient rocking action to throw the crushed material down to the jaws. These jaw crushers are available with a hopper that is provided at the top for pouring material. The output depends upon the type of material to be crushed and varies from material to material. The crusher is supplied complete with 3 H.P. motor, triple V-belt pulley drive and mounting frame. These jaw crushers are suitable for operation on 3 phase, 50 cycles, 440 volts AC supply.

Our range of electric agate pestle and mortar. These products are used for unattended grinding of materials which are not gummy or fibrous. These instruments are extensively used for preparing coal samples for calorific tests. The mortar used revolves whereas the pestle moves back and forth in a pattern thus reaching all parts of Mortar. Its metallic housing with a FHP detachable turn table of cast aluminum, has adjustable post to hold mortar 75 to 135 mm diameter arm of pestle driving mechanism has hinged weighted head which can be raised to inspect or remove sample, additional weights may be added to the head. These products are offered with in built timer that helps in permitting selection of grinding operation upto 60 mts. These timer come with 'Hold’ position that are used for continuous as well as untimed operations. Assortment of scrappers for mortar permits selection accordingly to sample to minimize contamination. Emphasizing on the simplicity of design as well as construction, these machines are largely demanded in the global arena. We have our fluculator jar testing or multiple spindle stirrer that are used for uniform stirring of up to six samples simultaneously. These products are designed for flock formation tests in water treatment plants with variable speed 20 to 100 RPM fractional HP variable speed Motor with gear train. The entire unit is mounted on M.S. housing supported by 9 – ½ ”above bench on for posts. Stainless Steel stirring paddles 1 x 3 inches are attached to rod 10 – ¼” long x ¼ ”diameter with lifting knob at top. Locking collars on stirring rods permit adjustment of paddles height spacing of 6” between rods permit use of 100 ml. beakers, which rest directly on bench with ON/OFF switch.
