CHEMICOAT started operations in a modest way in the year 1985 manufacturing Flexographic and Rotogravure Printing Inks, with manufacturing plant located at Vasai, Dist. Thane and Administrative Office at Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai, India.
A long march thereafter, overcoming many hurdles, and with determination to dedicate tireless service to the Prinking Inks and Packaging Industry, CHEMICOAT is a midsized company and a recognized authority in the Printing and Packaging Industry, dedicated to supplying high quality inks.
The Company has developed technology for backward integration in to Resins and Additives - the key raw materials for inks, for its captive consumption and also for sales to most Printing Inks companies in India.
It has been our constant endeavor to focus on packaging inks, which during the last 2 decades has shown tremendous growth all over the world. Innovative technology backed by our technical and customer support, has helped establish leadership of Flexographic and Rotogravure inks. Our market for Inks is spread all over India. With our entry into the global market place, we export inks to Ghana in west Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Russia.
With years of continuous development, CHEMICOAT has established itself in most areas of printing inks. Our unique products are being widely used by converters for Surface and Reverse Printing on various substrates like the Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polyester, BOPP, PVC, Aluminum Foil, Board and Papers, Cellophane etc.

The applications covers everything from food grade pouches for food products, Pan Masala, Oil and Vanaspati, soap wrappers, detergent bags, confectionary, biscuit wrappers, tea, coffee, milk and dairy products, chocolates, noodles, candys, tetra packs, corrugated boxes etc. can be printed to complete an excellently packed product.
