Sheet Former (KLC)

Description:
Sheet Former is used for production of laboratory sheets for physical test. The design of the drainage system provides a uniform flow across the entire wire, thus permitting an exceptionally uniform sheets used for production of circular sheets, complete with accessories, sheet size – 165 mm, Dia – 214 cm2, trimmed size – 200 cm2, standard stirrer, couch roller, drying plate & drying rings.
Tearing Resistance Tester

Description:
Tearing Resistance Tester Tearing Resistance Tester is used to measure the resistance against tearing of paper, board, plastic films and other similar materials. An initial cut is made in a set of test piece, which are then turn through a given distance. The work done in the test piece is measured as the loss in potential energy. A calibrated scale indicates the mean tearing force.
Option I – Interchangeable pendulum for different range i.e. 0-2000, 0-8000, 0-16000, 0-32000 mm.
Option II – Tearing sample cutter & set of calibration weights.
Tensile Strength Tester

Quadrant Scale (G.S.M)

Description:
Quadrant Scale is used to measure the basic weight (G.S.M) of paper and other sheet materials by weighing a small test sample with given dimension. Scales are calibrated to precision dead weights. This accuracy is maintained as long as the pendulum returns its original form and is kept free from corrosion, distortion, or other causes, which may affect its weight and balance various models are available i.e. 0-125, 0-250, 0-500, 0-1000 G.S.M with template size 10x10 cm2, 20x25 cm2, 40x25 cm2, 40x40 cm2, effective weight 0-80 gms and 0-160 gms.
Puncture Tester

Strip Cutters

Consistency Determination Apparatus

Laboratory Beater

Description:
For laboratory beating of pulp under standardized conditions, to determine the behavior of pulp when subject to define beating schedule. This beater is suitable for routine checking of pulp in laboratory. Net volume 25 liters of 680 g bone-dry pulp at 2-2.5% concentration. Beater roll speed 500 rpm. Motor with V belt drive provided.
Ring Crush Tester

Ring Crush Tester is used for accurate testing of paper, board, solid fibre board & corrugated board for RCT, ECT, CCT and FCT test and its components as well as performing compression test on all smaal packages accessories available for testing the all parameters.

RCT Sample holder and removable disc (08 Numbers) is used for a thickness of 0-15 mm to 0-49 mm.
