We offer Type Il anodizing, ideal for decorative coloring and protection, and Type III anodizing, which provides a clear. black coat with excellent wear, corrosion, electrical, and heat resistance. The experts at Karma Anodizing manually electroplate each individual part that is given to us. We provide meticulous and detailed work, specializing in small parts and coating thicknesses that range from 10 µ (micron) to 100 µ (microns) Our technicians work with many different alloy types, many of the 6xxx-series of aluminum will take on a deep gray-black color while most 7xxx and 2xxx series will appear a more bronze gray color. On some alloys, the color of the aluminum after hardcoat anodizing will be gray/bronze. We work in volumes that range from prototypes to large scale production runs up to thousand of parts per year. Our facility offers fast turnaround times, depending on volume. And we take pride in the quality of our work.
