INFRASTRUCTURE
BIORAD
MEDISYS has a well-equipped factory, with the latest machinery for
assembling Medical Devices in dust free environment. The factory’s
sections are production, assembly, testing,clean room and R & D.
We have in-house facilities for development of dies and moulds. Also we
are well equipped with equipment for undertaking critical tests like Insulation
testing, Leakage checking, flow rate, tensile strength etc.
We have all the facilities for medical device manufacturing such as clean
rooms and separate manufacturing halls. All our Urology medical products,
Gastro-enterology medical products, Interventional Radiology and Gynecology
medical products are manufactured as per G.M.P. (Good Manufacturing Practices)
and W.H.O. (World Health Organization) Standards.
QUALITY
Biorad Medisys Pvt. Ltd. is continually proving itself over and over
again, by getting new certificates for quality mediacal products like
Urology medical products, Gastro-enterology medical products, Interventional
Radiology and Gynecology medical products. This proves the fact that Biorad
has its main emphasis on quality first. We have reached great heights
from receiving our first certificate ISO 9001:2000 in May 2004, and the
continual improvement in quality and medical devices services led us to
our mediacl products being certified CE 1293 and ISO 13485 in December
2005.
